This policy explains how CoHRx, a product of Caasaa AI Innovations Pvt Ltd ("we"), handles personal data when you visit cohrx.com or use the CoHRx platform.

Data we collect

Contact details you share (name, work email, phone), account and usage data, and HR data your organisation uploads, such as employee profiles, attendance, KYC documents and payroll records.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, respond to demo requests, secure accounts, and meet legal obligations. Your organisation's HR data is processed only on its instructions.

AI processing

AI features, including Mariyam and the AI Interviewer, process data only within the access rights of each user's role. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run CoHRx, under confidentiality terms, or when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and data is kept only as long as needed or as agreed with your organisation.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
