These terms govern your use of CoHRx, provided by Caasaa AI Innovations Pvt Ltd. By using CoHRx you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials safe, and for the users you invite.

Free, Grow (₹200 per user per month) and Enterprise plans are available. Paid plans are billed in advance; taxes are extra.

You own the data you upload. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You can export it at any time.

Do not misuse the service, break the law, or access data you are not authorised to see.

AI outputs such as interview scores and recommendations support human decisions. Final hiring and HR decisions remain yours.

The service is provided as is, to the extent allowed by law. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Noida/Gautam Buddh Nagar having jurisdiction.
